MCCANNS, METODO 3 AND HOW THEY WORKED THE SYSTEM

Here is  one example of how the system works.

The Sun , December 5th, two journalists named Neil Syson and Veronica Lorraine wrote a story under the heading of ..Hunt for Copy Cat Snatcher

Quote.
Blue-eyed blonde Carolina Santos, aged three, was snatched by a Moroccan-looking man four months before Maddie vanished ... Carolina's parents Abel and Lina offered to help the police two weeks after Maddie, four, disappeared but were never questioned. Now they will meet private detectives from Spanish agency Metodo 3, hired by Gerry and Kate McCann, both 39.
Read on to discover  the child wasn't snatched at all, as the parents  intervened before the worst happened.

However,  Metodo 3 are quoted as saying this could be relevant. What this story is telling the British Public is how  inept PJ were for not following up this lead and Metodo 3 were certainly giving the McCanns their moneys worth in investigating this overlooked piece of evidence.

There is an  article (Search archives) in the  Diário de Notícias  May 25, 2007 ...six months previously.

Quote.

A 30 year old man, from Morocco, threatened to kidnap the three year old daughter of a woman who rents a coffee-shop at Fonte de Luzeiros, between Silves and São Bartolomeu de Messines." and that the kidnap threat was made last Tuesday.

It is clear , there was no actual attempt to kidnap Carolina Santos, only a threat, and that it all happened after Madeleine was snatched, not four months before.  The Diário de Notícias goes on to say  the woman filed a complaint with GNR from Silves the next day, and was contacted yesterday by investigators from Polícia Judiciária, to whom she told what happened. The newspaper then said that after "Talking with local residents, they found  the man in question is a street seller and a well known trouble maker."Not true then, that the family having never been questioned....they were questioned by both  GNR and  PJ.

There was nothing  here for  Metodo 3 to investigate,  only a  Moroccan street vendor who got into an argument  with a local cafe owner,  no connection whatsoever to missing Madeleine.

It would appear Metodo 3 did not do anything other than make themselves available to the British press about how the latest PR stunt might be crucial or relevant to the investigation.

It is also very, very sad that so many good people with small amounts of money to live from gave with good hearts to pay for the above, which had nothing at all to do with searching for Madeleine.

Dr.McCann had no interest in the findings reported in the days newspapers as his blog for the same day clearly shows.

Entry 5th december 2007
Yesterday evening Kate, Sean, Amelie and myself attended a mass for Madeleine. It was organised by ex-colleagues of Kate's aunt who work in the East Midlands and took place in a small intimate chapel and was attended by 20 people including two local priests. Sean and Amelie were very vocal, demonstrating how much they know about Christmas and ?baby Jesus? which brought a smile to everyone's face! The little presents and chocolates they were given certainly made them very happy!

Tomorrow my mum and aunt are coming to visit for a few days.

Sean and Amelie are very excited, as they have not seen their 'granny' for over a month. They do of course miss Madeleine very much and all of our family are still praying and hoping for her safe return.

Now they will meet private detectives from Spanish agency Metodo 3, hired by Gerry and Kate McCann, both 39.
Abel, 40, said yesterday: ?We want to see Maddie found as much as anyone.
"She and Carolina are doubles.?
He and Lina, 29, were working in their cafe at Fonte Louzeiros when Carolina vanished last Christmas Day.
They spotted her with the stranger 300 yards away. When they caught up he fled.

Lina said: ?If we hadn?t come out at that moment I don?t know what would have happened.?

It is feared Maddie may have been snatched to order and taken to Morocco.

Metodo 3 said: ?This could be relevant.?
